Does anyone else out there have to deal with, what I call a certain group of people, "StupIdiots" without using foul language for my sake.  StupIdiots: stupid idiots that refuse to listen or adhere to common sense safety because they are stubborn and their judgments have no logic or reasoning.  I have a couple in my family. I have 1 nephew that doesn't believe in COVID-19 or how contagious this virus is and a mother that refuses to practice social distancing or sanitary hygienic protocols and a second oldest sister who decides to throw her son a pool party during a pandemic and required quarantine. Also, my second youngest sister (I am the youngest) that has no sense of reasoning to keep social distancing and with her situation is somewhat homelessness due to drugs but she should at least be wary that she shouldn't be asking our mother or her children to go to the stores without basic PPE like a mask or gloves because she "don't give a fuck."       Do you ever stop in your tracks when you smell a familiar scent? Nothing gross but like a smell that triggers a memory even a memory that you didn't realize was still stored up in that cranium of yours. The smell of an old book that made you feel like an explorer, a sweet scent mixed with a rustic woodsy aura or a scent of a perfume that gave you all the happiest memories that you can't find a duplicate of because it's a rare perfume.      The latter happened to me today, I was trifling through my old high school photos and I found a photo of a perfume bottle that I was obsessed with as a teenager during my transition from pre-teen to teen and my first time having friends and I was able to express myself through fashion. Fast forward to age 28 and I am still unable to find a duplicate of this perfume scent and the closest I found was Anna Sui's, " Forbidden Affair" how melancholy poetic that name is.      Pretty much everyone else has nieces or nephews or your own children that have to do online school work now? I'll take the assumption to a "yes." I'm not new to online school work or any online courses. Technology can be amazing and sometimes it can be a straight pain in the ass. Right? I've been helping my younger nephews with their school work and so far it seems non-online schools that are now required to be fully online didn't properly prepare for this. I am so frustrated with these assignments that have to be completed on different websites for 1 subject or there are 5 assignments using different programs.. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?      Due to this COVID-19 virus, has anyone else experienced anxiety for others who might get it and end up giving themselves a panic attack? Or is that just me?      I've been feeling like this for the past week, once my COVID-19 anxiety for me hasn't "passed" but more like subsided. I feel like this when I notice small things about my mom when she's so burnt out from work and then her work has her go to the "field" because she is an essential work for a gas company. However, her health and her age is what worries me, one wrong move on my mom's part from being in the desert heat where she touche her face or touches something contaminated is all it takes, TERRIFIES me. I worry about my mom a lot and I am the closest to her and I love my mom dearly but I worry because sometimes she can be a little bit careless not on purpose but I'm not her mother, so does it give me the right to be this worrisome as her daughter?      Maybe you feel this...

During this time anxiety is inevitable. Having any symptoms from sneezing, coughing, slight fever or losing your sense of smell even for a couple of minutes (nose blind from having too many pets) causes a quick anxiety spell. Even going to the grocery store while using gloves and a mask is daunting because any opening can be pathway to COVID-19 and for some reason people are still doing the disgusting habits of not covering their mouth or nose in public.  All I can say is, we can only do so much to prevent it from ourselves and try our best to avoid giving it to the people whom we love that are immune compromised. So many people have lost the ability to mourn, laugh, be happy or have the luxury to go out on a walk because of  this virus and irresponsible behavior and actions.  During an anxious moment. Well, there's no other way to put this but a global pandemic of a new virus called COVID-19 completely sucks and the fact there's no vaccine against it makes this more nerve wracking.  To those that suffer from anxiety and depression, please reach out to someone whom you trust or a professional. Valentine's Day!!! This holiday is probably one of my top favorite holidays to celebrate and enjoy. Actually any holiday that gives me a reason to enjoy some delicious candy at a very decent price. 😋 I'm not gonna lie. About 4 years ago, I would have detested the idea or the notion of celebrating this holiday because, why celebrate a holiday that makes you depressed to be single and unloved?  Then, it hit me that year when I was taking my youngest nephew shopping for the voluntary Valentine's Day gift cards and candy for his class. Why am I getting so offended and angry about a day that's suppose to be fun and about SHARING the joyful notion of "love." I am honestly not a big believer in "love" and I realized my disbelief was/is similar to how I feel about "fairy tales do come true." Definition Restarting- to start again  A lot of people have these moments in their life and somehow end up feeling ashamed about it. I'm here to tell you, do not feel ashamed and do not feel like a failure.  Life happens and sometimes we get sidetracked even by a couple of years, plus more. Even when it seems like we do everything right and follow the steps we set out for ourselves to what we think is successful and our happiness. Or others will feel like they're in limbo or an abyss and hoping there will be some sign for what they need to do with life and times passes by. Please understand, you have to make a choice and be able to take life by your own hands and seek out where you want to be in this stage in your life. It's never too late.
